Writ-in Style

Gone are the days when Shakespearean language was used so extensively, where you becomes thou and has becomes hath. Such words made the text look so fancy that people even today appreciate it without understanding it completely. I must compliment the marketing skills then. Its human psyche I suppose, something that is established as ‘posh’, very few have the courage to criticize it. They simply are awed by it for the heck of it because everyone is. The sophistication embarked that era.

We use slang these days, the so-called “yo-language”, more so it sells. Veterans and laureates condemn its existence, though nothing much has been done in regards. Trend today is to cut short a word or iterate the spelling according to convenience. Should we thank Shakespeare for introducing the idea of using fancier text? All he did was, added a “th” and all we do now is get rid of it.

The purpose is still solved; the expression of communication still convinces the thought process that is going on up there.

You call it Shakespeare or Slang, the virtue that expression needs no language, knows no barrier, has been proved true over n over again.

Yet my confusion prevails of that what shall be the lasting language to be used over and over again. Cometh d day, when thou can useth the wateva spellin, as long as the reader hath understud d xpression. That was a bad amalgamation of two distinct forms of English but just a try ;)
